Victoria Hilley and Will Jennings have a combined 50+ years of experience in luxury travel. They met when Victoria was managing a high-end touring company specialzed in Asia that Will booked frequently. They immediately bonded over their passion for providing unparalleled service and creating unforgettable experiences for their clients — not to mention a glass of wine or two. As co-founders of Furthermore Travel, they look forward to sharing their expertise and love of travel with you.
Will Jennings, the co- founder of Furthermore Travel, has over 20 years of experience in the luxury travel industry. Will was raised in Greenwich, Connecticut and grew up memorizing flight schedules and planning vacations with his grandmother. After graduating with a degree in international business from George Washington University, he worked in the art world in New York City while planning trips for friends and family on the side. He finally decided to make a full-time career of his passion for travel and joined Valerie Wilson Travel in 2006. He quickly built a name for himself and was awarded the Virtuoso Rising Star award in 2012. Will has traveled extensively throughout 6 continents (Antarctica is on the list) in order to provide first-hand recommendations to his clients. He also has an obsession with airline seating configurations and services in first and business class and is considered the original Seatguru. Will splits his time between New York City, Upstate New York, and Cape Cod.
Victoria Hilley has worked in all sectors of luxury travel for over 30 years, giving her an intimate understanding of the industry. She started in sales and marketing roles for hotels based in Asia and had expat stints in Borneo, The Maldives, Thailand, and Vietnam. Her talent for coordination and logistics brought her to mega-yacht management and to the high-end Asia-focused tour operator Remote Lands. As General Manager there, she planned both seamless luxury trips and off-the-beaten path adventures. She found nothing more rewarding than sharing her intimate knowledge and passion for travel, and so, becoming a travel advisor was both a natural progression and dream come true. She spent three years at a prominent boutique travel agency before co-founding Furthermore Travel in 2024. As a child of U.S. diplomats serving in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, Victoria was simply born to travel. She has visited over 100 countries and joined the 7-Continents club in 2022.
